In publication since 1994, Southeast Asia Construction (SEAC) is published bi-monthly. The publication features civil and structural projects in the region and all over the world. The magazine also covers the latest in construction equipment, materials, technology and industry news as well as previews of major construction equipment shows all over the world.

SEAC is distributed to a qualified readership comprising developers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, civil and structural engineers, quantity surveyors, government officials, academics, manufacturers and distriutors of construction equipment and material, rental and leasing companies and others in Brunei, China (including Hong Kong SAR), Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and other industry at large occasionally covering research papers and projects reports.
